Privacy Policy
Read the details below or choose another policy from the list.
IndianRenters is operated by AAA Rental LLP. This policy explains the personal information connected with website enquiries, accounts, rental verification and orders, and how to contact us about it.
Information connected with an enquiry or order
When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, phone number, email, company details, delivery address and equipment requirement. An order also produces quote, invoice, payment, delivery, return and support records. Give us only information relevant to your request.
Identity, address and business documents may be needed to verify a rental. The current document list and submission method are confirmed for your order under our KYC policy. If someone places an order on behalf of a business, we may need information about their authority to do so.
Information from website services
Hosting, account and payment services may process technical information when you use them, including IP address, device or browser information and transaction status. The information available to us depends on the service and the permissions you choose. A third-party sign-in or payment provider has its own privacy notice; review it when using that service.
Browser settings let you manage stored cookies. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or other website features. Where the site offers a separate choice for analytics or marketing cookies, use that control to change your preference.
How information is used
We use information relevant to answering enquiries, preparing quotations, verifying renters, managing rental orders, arranging delivery and collection, invoicing, providing support and processing settlements. Records are also used to investigate suspected misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Promotional messages are separate from essential order communications. Contact us to change your marketing preference. We may still need to send information about an active order, payment or return.
Who handles the information
Staff responsible for an enquiry or order may access the details needed for their work. Service providers involved in hosting, payments, communications, document handling, delivery or support may receive information required for that service. This is not a promise that every provider category is used for every order.
We may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal process. Ask us which services were involved in your particular transaction if you need more information about its handling.
Verification documents and other people's information
Before submitting a KYC document, ask for the accepted document list and the approved submission channel. Never share an OTP, password, CVV or full payment-card credentials as proof of identity.
If we request a bank statement or another person's contact details, ask the team to explain the need and the information required. Obtain that person's permission before sharing their details. Ask for the document list that applies to your order.
Keeping and removing records
Records are kept for the purpose for which they were collected and for applicable accounting, tax, contractual or other legal requirements. An open rental, unresolved complaint or dispute can affect when a record can be removed. We do not promise that all information is deleted as soon as equipment is returned.
Contact us to ask about a particular record, correct an error or request deletion. We will review the request against the purpose of the record and any applicable requirement to retain it, then explain the outcome. We may ask for enough information to verify the person making the request.
Security and returned equipment
Contact support promptly if you suspect that information connected with your enquiry or rental has been exposed or used without authority. No website or document system can guarantee absolute security.
Before returning a laptop, back up your files, sign out of accounts and remove your personal or business information using an appropriate method. Tell support if a device-management lock or fault prevents this. Do not assume a factory reset, certified wipe or recovery service is included in the rental.
Privacy requests and changes
Send privacy questions to support@indianrenters.com with the subject "Privacy request". State the information or order involved and the help you need; avoid attaching identity documents until the team confirms the submission method. General support will route the request to the responsible person.
We may revise this policy when the website or its practices change. A change to published wording does not by itself remove a right you have under applicable law.
Information submitted without authority
Rental orders must be placed by someone legally able and authorised to enter the arrangement. If you believe a child or another person has supplied information without the necessary authority, contact us so the submission can be reviewed. We may need to verify the person making that request.
A change to the business
If ownership or operation of the business changes, information connected with its services may need to transfer as part of that change, subject to applicable law. This clause does not give unlimited permission to disclose information or remove the rights of the people concerned.
Consumer complaints
For a complaint about a consumer rental, email support@indianrenters.com with the subject "Consumer complaint" and include the order number and issue. We aim to acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt. Raise the issue as soon as you can; a delayed report does not by itself remove an applicable legal remedy.
This complaint process does not restrict a remedy available under applicable law. Request the responsible grievance contact through support if you need escalation.
