Late Fee Rules
Read the details below or choose another policy from the list.
Payment dates and the equipment return date appear in your accepted order. Contact support before a due date if there is a problem, an invoice query or a need to extend the rental.
Overdue payment
The order must disclose any late-payment charge, its calculation and when it starts before acceptance. A missed due date does not create an undisclosed penalty. If you dispute an invoice, identify the item and send the supporting record to support; ask for written guidance on any undisputed amount due.
Keeping equipment after the agreed end
An extension requires written confirmation. Until approved, the existing end date remains. The accepted order must state any continuing rental charge or late-return calculation and the event that stops billing.
We provide a calculation identifying the applicable period and rate. A late-payment fee and continued rental are different items; ask for each to be explained if both appear.
Collection delays
Keep evidence that the equipment was ready at the agreed address and time. If our team misses collection, contact support promptly. Charges related to that delay are reviewed against the confirmed arrangement and the record; a customer is not automatically treated as holding equipment late because our collection failed.
Resolving a disputed amount
Send the quote, invoice, return arrangement and acknowledgement to support. Ask for the accepted clause and itemised calculation behind a late charge. The applicable rate and timing must be stated in your accepted order and permitted by law.
