Delivery Charges

Check logistics charges in your quotation before confirming a rental. Delivery, setup and collection can involve separate services; the order must show what is included and what is charged.

What your quote shows

The quote states the agreed delivery address and any delivery, setup and return-collection charge. Where a service is included, the order says so. Taxes and any other payable charge must be disclosed before acceptance. A general website statement does not replace your order's written total.

What changes the arrangement

A change of address, date, access requirements or equipment quantity can require a revised logistics arrangement. Tell us before dispatch. We confirm the revised cost and timing for your acceptance before providing an additional service.

An extra delivery attempt due to unavailable access or receiving contact follows the rule disclosed in the accepted order. A new, undisclosed charge requires your agreement; it is not automatically payable because an additional visit occurred.

Setup scope

Setup means the tasks listed in the quote, not every possible venue or software requirement. Confirm any projector connection, screen assembly, configuration service or on-site operator before booking. Ask about an accessory needed for your own device.

Collection changes and disputed fees

The order states the collection address, return method and applicable fee. Ask for a revised arrangement before changing them. If an invoice includes a logistics charge you did not agree, contact support with the quote and invoice for review.

A delivery or collection failure caused by our arrangement is reviewed separately from a customer-requested change.
